Victoria and David Beckham Embrace the Sunshine State With New $80 Million Mansion

Power couple Victoria and David Beckham appear to be firmly in their Miami era: David is a co-owner of the Inter Miami Football Club (which has been the talk of the town since Lionel Messi’s debut with the team last year), the family was seen coasting around the area on a $20 million yacht earlier this spring, and now, the duo is dropping $80 million on a Miami home, according to The Real Deal. This is in addition to the penthouse apartment the football (soccer, on this side of the pond) star and pop singer-turned-fashion designer already own in Miami.

Their new spec home was designed by Choeff Levy Fischman and built by Antrobus Design Collective and Bart Reines in 2023. The 14,270-square-foot estate includes nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, four half-bathrooms, a spa, a pool, a Florida room, and stunning views of the Biscayne Bay. The home is located on North Bay Road, a lavish part of an a desirable neighborhood, which has been home to multiple celebrities including Matt Damon and Jennifer Lopez.

In 2020, the Beckhams purchased the penthouse in Miami’s One Thousand Museum, a Zaha Hadid–designed tower. The 10,335-square-foot condo’s interior is decidedly modern, with a fealty to the building’s unique undulating shape.

Despite mounting climate concerns, coastal Florida continues to be a hot celebrity market lately, particularly for top tier athletes: Inter Miami captain Messi purchased a striking waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale just last year, F1 racer Charles Leclerc recently claimed a yet-to-be-built luxury condo in Miami, and Tom Brady’s post-divorce pad is coming together in the exclusive enclave of Indian Creek, Florida.

The Beckhams’ new Sunshine State abode joins their portfolio of luxe properties around the globe, including a $45 million London town house and a charming Cotswalds country estate, the latter of which was featured prominently in their hit Netflix documentary, Beckham.
